New Mexico Hunt #1 This outfitter has guided for many outfitters for years and decided to go on his own. He specializes in turkey, bear, elk, and mountain lion - but does hunts for mule deer and antelope if you can draw a tag. All hunts are pack-in and fully guided on private and public lands. Bow, rifle, or muzzleloader. They are located in the TAOS area and are licensed and insured. Trucks - ATV - and horses are used for the hunting peration. Mule deer tags can be purchased across the counter for only specific zones in that area. Very limited hunting pressure with huge bucks. While elk hunting there, I witnessed up to 15 or more bucks in a bunch. Awsesome sight!!! I, also, took a beautiful cat with my bow and got a video of it. This is the hunt I had been wanting to do most of my hunting life. Situations ( like broken legs, etc.) seemed to keep me from realizing my dream of a cat hunt - but finally it came to pass and I couldn't have picked a better or more hard-working outfitter to help me fulfill that dream of a successful Cat Hunt! Great outfitter - Great Time.

OR.-1 Hunt #3 This is a privately owned ranch with approximately 80,000 acres. This is rated by DNR as a top trophy elk area. The units are 16E / 16A-D--- 325 to 400 class bulls are abundant. DNR rate it on their application as (HD - high density) unit. Accommodations are a 4,000 sq ft. log cabin lodge in the mountains with home cooked meals and a sauna to be used for your tired bones after a hard days hunt. Truly a 1st class hunt and very affordable. Fully guided with A.T.V., horse, and 4x4 at your disposal. Also, fall and spring turkey hunts. Because it's a draw only area, small numbers of hunters are chosen for this trophy area. Consider, 5 out of 6 of my clients got trophies like the one shown with bow in "99". Hunt rifle or bow. Flights are to Albuquerque. Everyone that hunted this ranch raved of its beauty and abundance of elk seen daily and great hospitality. This landowner is very conscious of the game. He went as far as putting in ponds on the ranch and planted some crops for the abundance of animals that roam his ranch.

PHOTOS HUNT #8 This outfitter has been in business for many years with an outstanding record and reference list. I hunted with him several years ago with a hunting buddy - myself getting a 5X6 and my buddy getting a 5x5 with a bow in three days of hunting. As I recall, we encountered several different bulls on seperate occasions throughout the three days. The opportunities definetely presented themselves. My shot was approximately 25 yds. - my buddies was about 5 yds. The outfitter was excellent at cow calling which entised the bulls in close. Great outfitter, great hunt.
